Binder sizing is important so you get the underwear that works best for you and your lifestyle.
Many companies use inches for their products so it’s probably best to measure yourself this way. Measure the widest part of your chest, often where your nipples are located. Don’t measure too tight or too loose. If you’re in between sizes, go with the bigger size, especially if you’re active and do sports.
Here are some common measurements. Keep in mind different companies will have slightly different measurements for each of their sizes. This is a guide to help you. When in doubt, go up a size. These are the measurements we use for our Underworks binders.
- Extra Small – Less than 32 inches
- Small – Between 32 and 35 inches
- Medium – Between 36 and 39 inches
- Large – Between 40 and 43 inches
- Extra Large – Between 44 and 47 inches
- 2XL – Between 48 and 51 inches
- 3XL – Between 52 and 55 inches
Please note some of the smaller sizes can be difficult to come by, but we’re trying our best to source them and get them in a timely fashion.
